Hey there — I’m Natalie, your go-to sex and relationship coach for all things tender, taboo, and totally transformative. I am a certified sex and relationship coach/Sexologist and the host of Talkin’ About the Taboo podcast.

My work is rooted in the belief that pleasure, emotional safety, and honest communication are essential parts of a healthy, fulfilling life. Whether you're struggling with disconnection, navigating desire differences, healing from past experiences, or simply craving more intimacy and confidence — you're not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

I’m currently training in the Somatica® Method, which is all about experiential learning, emotional depth, and practicing the skills that actually make relationships work. Think less talking about your feelings and more feeling them — in real time, with real tools, in a space that’s playful, grounded, and always judgment-free.

When I’m not in session, I’m hosting Talkin’ About the Taboo — my podcast where we get into the good stuff nobody teaches us: sex, bodies, communication, menopause, boundaries, kink, healing, and all the messy, beautiful bits in between.

So if you’re ready to reclaim your desire, repair your connection, and stop pretending things are fine when they’re actually…meh? Let’s talk. Let’s play. Let’s do the deep, weird, liberating work of coming home to yourself.

Let's learn to CLIT-MUNICATE together!

FAQ

  1. What is sex coaching?
Sex coaching combines tools from somatic therapy, talk coaching, and education to help individuals and couples explore their desires, overcome challenges, and build deeper intimacy. It’s about supporting you in connecting to your body, your pleasure, and your truth, at your own pace.

  2. Isn’t sex coaching just about sex?
Not at all. While sexuality is a key component, sex coaching also explores emotional connection, communication, identity, body image, boundaries, and relationship patterns. It’s about the full spectrum of intimate connection, physical, emotional, and personal.

  3. Is this therapy?
Sex coaching is not therapy, though it can feel therapeutic. As a coach, I don’t diagnose or treat mental health disorders. Instead, I offer guidance, tools, and support to help you move toward your goals in pleasure, intimacy, and self-expression.

  4. Who do you work with?

I work with adults of all genders, sexual orientations, relationship styles, and cultural backgrounds. My practice is inclusive, sex-positive, and affirming of LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, disabled, kinky, and ethically non-monogamous clients.

  5. Do you work with couples or just individuals?
Both! I support individuals, couples, and relationship constellations (polycules, triads, etc.) in building connection, communication, and intimacy in ways that feel authentic and aligned.

  6. I feel nervous or ashamed to talk about sex, what should I expect?
That’s completely normal, and you're not alone. This space is judgment-free, confidential, and created to meet you with compassion. You set the pace. We start wherever you’re at, with zero pressure and total respect.

  7. What topics does your podcast Talkin’ About the Taboo cover?
The podcast explores sex, relationships, healing, pleasure, power dynamics, shame, identity, and more. We talk about the stuff that’s often left out of mainstream conversations, with depth, curiosity, and honesty.

  8. Is your work inclusive of kink, BDSM, and non-traditional relationships?
Absolutely! Whether you’re exploring kink, polyamory, queer identity, or just want to better understand yourself, this space is for you. I welcome the parts of you that others may have judged, shamed, or misunderstood.

  9. Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! All coaching sessions are held virtually, making them accessible no matter where you're located. All you need is a private space, a stable internet connection, and a willingness to show up for yourself.

  10. How do I get started with coaching?
You can book a free 20-minute consultation or sign up for a full session through the Book A Session section of the site. I also provide intake forms and consent documents to help clarify what you’re seeking and how I can support you.
